finding inspiration :: bokeh ::

I've had this bokeh idea on my pinterest board for a really long time now, last night I decided to give it a go. Turns out I don't have the right kind of lens, I neglected to check this before rushing straight in and was super disappointed when I couldn't get it to work.

So cheer myself up I've been seeking out others lovely bokeh pictures, here are a few of my favourites ::

    If it helps any, I love this kind of photo, but don't have the right lens either. I take most of my photos on my iPhone these days, and the rest on a little point and shoot that only works well in great light. Still, we can appreciate the beauty of these, right?

    It's frustrating when we so want to do something and realise we don't have the correct equipment... nevertheless, these photos are beautiful!
